Welcome to AuraLogic Studio. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our digital services, including Mobile App Development, Magento Development, and WordPress Development.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Services

AuraLogic Studio provides a range of digital engineering services. The specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals at defined project milestones.
  • Ensure all content, images, and brand assets provided to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Provide necessary access to hosting environments and third-party accounts as required.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for services are structured as follows:

  • An initial deposit is required before any project begins.
  • Milestone payments are due upon the completion of specific project phases.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and before the transfer of ownership or launch.
  • Overdue payments may result in the suspension of services or late fees as specified in the project contract.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, AuraLogic Studio transfers all rights, title, and interest in the custom code and original designs created for the Client. However:

  • We retain ownership of any pre-existing code, proprietary frameworks, and open-source components used in the project.
  • We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specifies otherwise.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all business information, technical data, and trade secrets exchanged during the project as confidential. This obligation continues after project completion.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive for excellence, but our services are provided "as is" and "as available".

  • We do not guarantee that your website or application will be error-free or 100% secure.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or platform updates (e.g., changes to Magento or WordPress core files).

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AuraLogic Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or revenue) arising out of the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement if the other party breaches these terms and fails to cure the breach within 30 days of notice. In the event of termination, the Client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AuraLogic Studio is registered.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
